Ulrike Ay is a German textile artist. I have been a fan of her work for years now. I re-visited her website the other day and noted she hasn't lost that talent of hers.
Di I know you love arty felt creations but did you know there is a felters's convergence going on? It's Western Australia so we can not visit on a coffee break but you might find some of the wearable art interesting. http://feltconvergencebunburywa.blogspot.com/ I have a couple of pieces from one of the designers featured there at the moment. I don't have the beret with the face on but it intrigued me.
